Rick Curtis Shinn Road Music is proud to present the late songwriter Rick Curtis A native to Indiana, Rick was a life-long musician who was a member of Crazy Horse and the Curtis Brothers Band. A prolific songwriter, his work has been performed by such artists as Crosby, Stills & Nash, Helen Ready, and Fleetwood Mac. Rick was also a poet and painter. He died in 1997.

Danny Poore Danny Poore started playing alto sax when he was eight and was involved with public school music programs continuously through college. He began playing professionally at the age of 13 as a musician and signer for various bands including many tours with Shindig. He received his post-doctoral degree from USC in 1974. His songwriting career began in the mid-1970s with works recorded by Robbie Dupree, Lonnie Hall, and John Ford Coley. He has been a studio owner and publisher since 1985.

Mike Jones "Smiling" Mike Jones has been playing guitar since high school. He was a member of the recording group Fresh Air. He began collaborating with Danny Poore in 2002.

Bruce Bishop Bruce Bishop and Danny Poore have been writing partners since 1979. Their collaboration resulted in a song featured on the B-side title for Robbie Dupress's album. Bruce is a studio owner and publisher and active guitar player. He recently ended a long-time stint at The Smokehouse in Burbank, California.

Steve Jam Steve Jam is a past winner of the American Songwriters Festival. He and Danny Poore have since collaborated on a catalog of songs. Steve has been a videographer for the past 17 years; his work is seen on ESPN.
